Smaller Gatherings (below 65 people)
We are unable to host parties with fewer than 65 people on Saturday evenings in our main reception hall (the normal capacity is 225). However, we are happy to host similar events on Saturdays as lunch/brunch, or on Fridays and Sundays.
Our newly renovated upstairs cocktail lounge would be ideal for small gatherings.

Vendors are welcome
our team of preferred vendors will go above and beyond to exceed your expectations on catering, decorations, and photography. We are also willing to accommodate your vendors except for alcohol (Occasion on Main is a licensed bar) as long as vendors are insured.
Guest Parking
We have plenty of parking around the building. Most of the street
parking is available in the evening. Plus, there is a city parking lot (800 cars)
behind the venue, a church, and bank parking lots across the street.
Security
Security is a top priority for our events, and we work with the Gastonia police
department to have an off-duty officer available for the occasions (additional
charge). Security is required any time alcohol is being served (no exceptions)
