All indoor full-service wedding venue and reception hall

Occasion On Main is a multi-level, newly remodeled venue that offers all indoor space for your intimate wedding. Our 8000 sq. ft venue consists of a bridal suite, cocktail lounge, ceremony space with a private entrance, and downstairs main reception hall with 215 seated capacity and 300 plus cocktail lounge capacity. 

 

Venue and event pricing

As you can imagine, this is the most frequently asked question. At Occasion on Main, we focus on each pricing request based on the event date, time of the day, type of event, number of guests, and the entire event duration (setup, decoration, event, and clean-up time).

While we allow third-party vendors for larger events, we highly recommend you have an all-in budget for your event. We have learned that not only does it create fewer worries in planning your event, but you also avoid premium pricing offered by individual vendors for individual services. It also allows us to stay within your budget whenever possible and find creative ways to package and eliminate unnecessary vendor management fees. However, we remain fully committed to supporting your vision and preferred options. 

Reception Hall Events: Smaller events with less than 100 guests on Saturday evening require a minimum of 3 in-house offerings: venue, decoration, catering, and/or alcoholic beverages (no exceptions since we hold an ABC liquor license)

  • Outside vendors are allowed (must be insured) except for liquor service

  • To ensure a smooth and enjoyable event experience, Occasion on Main offers a variety of additional services and amenities that can be tailored to your specific needs. These include:

    • Catering options: Choose from a range of catering packages that suit your taste and budget, including everything from casual buffet-style meals to fine dining experiences.

    • Wedding & Event coordination: Our dedicated event planning team is here to help with every step of the process, ensuring that your event runs smoothly and according to plan.

    • Customized décor: Whether you want a specific theme for a birthday party or a sleek, modern look for a corporate event, our venue can be customized to match your vision.

    • Liquor Services: Multiple packages are available to suit your needs or occasion (we are an ABC-licensed bar; hence, outside alcohol is allowed on premises)

 

Lounge Space (Up to 50 people) 

 

Our lounge space on the second floor is ideal for smaller parties of up to 50 people. While we accommodate outside vendors in our main reception hall downstairs, lounge space is limited to in-house packages only.
